This experimental nanolot was fermented for 72 hours with peaches and wine yeast and the result is really fabulous.
Farmer Jairo Arcila only made a limited amount, but it’s a coffee we’d recommend everyone try.
This coffee is particularly interesting for its profile, which is reminiscent of a delicate peach iced tea with a subtle hint of lime.
We applaud Jairus, the best coffee of the year.
However, this coffee is extremely limited.
We only have 60kg of it.
