CAFEC founder Shigeji Nakatsuka has roasted and prepared filter coffee for many years, and has put that experience to good use in designing the filters.
Nakatsuka devoted himself to the study of the production and structure of paper to achieve the best result of the prepared coffee.
For each roast, he designed a different type of paper, which affects the length of the filtered coffee overflow.
