This experimental lot from a Brazilian farm Vinhal features an interesting process where coffee cherries are fermented together with coconuts and coconut milk, then the pulp is removed and the bean is fully washed in a water mill. This process gave the beans grain a full, creamy flavor that combines with the juiciness of tropical fruits and exotic spices like lemongrass and vanilla.
