Blend APOLO is a naturally processed blend of small growers from the small town of Olopa who grow choice coffee and work sustainably, that is, using agroforestry growing practices that help slow the effects of climate change.
This mix allows us to support small producers and contribute to agriculture that is closer to nature and sustainability.
Bonuses from the sale price fund the co-op’s long-term goal of having all of their farms at least 50% covered with trees that create natural shade.
Apolo has a flavour character close to black tea, where the acidity of the lemon and the subtle tang of the ginger are nicely perceptible, with the freshness of the cranberries completing the flavour profile.
