Peru Eli Chilcon Washed

This fully washed lot was produced by farmer Eli Chilcon in the small village of El Diamante in the province of San Jose de Lourdes. Eli Chilcon’s farm is located at an altitude of about 1900 meters above sea level, thanks to which the beans are extremely dense and of high quality. This coffee is juicy, you will find orange and gooseberry in it, but at the same time sweet with a caramel flavor profile. The taste is perfectly balanced and suitable for daily filtering.
