This coffee was grown by Rafael Amaya on his family farm – La Virginia. The coffee was carefully picked by hand, and only the ripest cherries were selected. The coffee was then placed in an aerobic environment for 24 hours and then sealed in Grainpro bags for 200 hours, for further fermentation, which created a very fruity profile with deep notes of jam and tropical fruit, supported by the sweetness of cocoa.
