Elicer Diaz owns a small farm in northern Peru that has only 2.5 hectares. This natural-processed lot is characterized by high quality and extremely interesting taste. The taste reflects the long fermentation that Elicer used in the processing and it is possible to find deep tones of cocoa beans, vanilla or juicy cabernet wine. It is another coffee that proves the huge potential of Peru in the field of specialty coffees.
