Peru Permacultura Zipizu washed

This coffee is sourced direct trade from the project Permacultura 7 elements. The Seven Elements is the new project to support the local population with social projects and training, which teach how to cultivate the land according to permaculture techniques which are more effective and sustainable than any other “eco” approach. The lot is the production of two farmers, Miguel Berastegui and Hector Bottega, whose lots of land are neighboring; their cultivation is on the small hill of Zipizu (from here the name of the lot), a sector of the community of Tsachopen. The hill has specific geologic and soil characteristics and a special microclimate.
