India Mooleh Manay natural
It is the first robusta in the selection quality, which impressed us so much that we decided to include it in our selection as a “single origin” coffee, i.e. no blend, but all the beans come from one farm, Mooleh Manay, founded and run by the duo Komal Sable and Akshay Dashrath with absolute attention to the quality of cultivation and processing, as well as to the principles of sustainability.
This robusta was fermented with wine yeast during processing and later dried in the classic natural way, giving the coffee a very interesting depth of flavour.
There are notes of raisins and figs, with a subtle rum undertone.
Today, Mooleh Manay is probably the most interesting and progressive Indian coffee farm and we are very happy to bring you the fruits of their labour.
