How is it made?
1) extraction – ground coffee is extracted to extract as much of the aromas and flavours as possible
2) freeze-drying – the coffee extract is then gently dehydrated by freeze-drying to ensure that the coffee does not lose its flavour characteristics. How is it better than regular instant coffee?
