Indonesia Gayo Sesangot Anaerobic
Aulia Kahfi grows coffee on the Rakyat farm he inherited from his family.
He has been growing coffee since his early teens, but has always had a unique interest in select coffees and experimental processing.
“Sesongot” is the name for a beautiful caterpillar native to Gayo that is commonly found on coffee plants.
Aulia decided to name their experimental processed coffees after this creature because of its unique and very special appearance!
This anaerobically processed coffee is a juicy, fruity delight with hints of tropical fruit, tamarind and cherry acidity.
After many years a really great lot from Indonesia on the filter.
