We select the finest coffee from the best farms in the world and roast it in Slovakia, with an emphasis on preserving premium quality and consistency of flavours. Even our grandparents would sit down over coffee, talk, prepare for the day or simply enjoy it. They didn’t care about quality or origin – it was enough that they could pour it. Today, however, we know exactly where the best coffee is grown, how farmers care for it, what conditions affect its growth and how it responds to changing climates. We carefully select our coffee from samples from around the world, direct from the farmers. Our selection includes only the finest quality beans, thanks to the precision of the Ikawa roaster. We specialize in select Arabica, which accounts for only about 5% of the world’s coffee production. We roast in Bratislava every week, fresh and professionally on a top Italian IMF 30 roaster. Our range includes coffees suitable for both filter and espresso preparation. We focus on coffees that are not just a daily ritual, but can make your day an experience and put a smile on your face.
